Hybrid
Two days a week in the office, the rest from wherever you like.
Small teams
Each project has a team of three to five people and one project manager.
Learning budget
Everyone gets an annual budget for courses, books and events.
Sensible hours
Weekdays 09:00–18:00. Working late is the exception, not the rule.
